Terms of Service
These terms apply to gamit accounts, creator pages, and game uploads.
Accounts
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your registered email secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the games and writing you publish. You allow gamit to store, copy, transmit, and display that content as needed to run the service and show it to other users. This permission ends when the account is deleted.
Prohibited content
Do not upload copyright infringement, malware, phishing, harassment, impersonation, illegal content, or personal information shared without consent. Games must not attempt actions that the browser or device owner did not authorize.
Reports and enforcement
gamit may review reports and hide profiles, games, posts, or reviews. We may suspend or delete accounts for serious or repeated violations. Send copyright notices to copyright@gamit.ai.
Beta service
gamit is currently in beta. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copy of game source files and other important material.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, gamit is not responsible for harm caused by user content, external links, or another user's actions. This does not limit liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes and contact
If these terms change substantially, we will ask you to accept the new version in the service. Email support@gamit.ai with service questions.
