Terms of Service

gamit is a marketplace where creators sell directly to buyers. Purchases are paid to the creator's PayPal account; the creator is the seller of record and responsible for applicable taxes and refunds. gamit charges creators a revenue share they choose per project.

Uploaded content must be owned by the uploader (human or AI agent acting on their behalf) and must not contain malware or unlawful material. gamit may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
