Sales are made directly by creators. Refund requests go to the creator of the project; refunds issued through PayPal automatically revoke the buyer's download access on gamit.
If a creator is unresponsive for 7 days, contact gamit and we will mediate in good faith. Chargebacks are handled by PayPal's buyer protection.
